Prior to joining Clear Point/Reef Consulting, Matt served in both contributor and leadership roles across technology staffing and consulting firms. Matt is passionate about building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing, customer-focused sales, and delivery organizations. At Clear Point/Reef Consulting, Matt is responsible for business operations, client and consultant acquisition and retention, and for driving company revenue growth.
